2015考研復試熱點話題之食品安全

中國有句老話“民以食為天” (Bread is the staff of life.)，現在吃貨們也有句話“離開吃，還談什麼人生”，由此可見吃是有多重要!可是近年來食品安全(food safety)問題層出不窮，最近也是接連出了幾起事件，童鞋們吃的時候一定要留心呀!有時間的話還是盡量買回食材自己做著吃，一則健康安全，二則可以練習廚藝 (cooking skill)，最后嘛，容易長肉的童鞋少吃些零食也省得贅肉(flab)找上門。

言歸正傳，隨著各校專業課成績幾乎全部公布，復試兵臨城下了。回想這一年裡，發生了一系列食品安全問題，比如說福喜門，病死豬肉以及二代地溝油等等問題。真的有一種讓人什麼都不敢吃的感覺。這麼熱點的話題，復試的時候被老師問到怎麼辦?不怕不怕，跨考教育英語教研室姚洋老師帶你解決它!

寫作思路：

1、近年來發生了一系列食品安全問題，食品當中的各種添加劑不知道什麼時候就會超標，危害人們的健康。而且人們也越來越聰明，由於科技的進步，好多不可食用的東西當中也能提煉出各種食物添加劑。更有甚者，有些不法小販，為了取得暴利，把其他東西添加到食物當中，以增重，或為了外表好看。這些東西食用后，日積月累會嚴重危害人類健康。

2、科技進步確實給人類的飲食帶來了多樣化的選擇，豐富了人們的選擇種類。給人們帶來各種美食盛宴。科技進步給人們的飲食帶來了各種方便。人們可以買到好多現成的東西可吃，比如說各種速凍食品，節省了時間。

3、提出建議。政府食品安全監管部門要嚴格把控食品質量問題，在這個問題上絕不能有徇私枉法現象出現。建立健全的市場監管機制，加強消費者對市場的監督管理。明確食品添加劑用量規定，一切監控要專要嚴。
