中国有句老话“民以食为天” (Bread is the staff of life.)，现在吃货们也有句话“离开吃，还谈什么人生”，由此可见吃是有多重要!可是近年来食品安全(food safety)问题层出不穷，最近也是接连出了几起事件，童鞋们吃的时候一定要留心呀!有时间的话还是尽量买回食材自己做着吃，一则健康安全，二则可以练习厨艺 (cooking skill)，最后嘛，容易长肉的童鞋少吃些零食也省得赘肉(flab)找上门。

言归正传，随着各校专业课成绩几乎全部公布，复试兵临城下了。回想这一年里，发生了一系列食品安全问题，比如说福喜门，病死猪肉以及二代地沟油等等问题。真的有一种让人什么都不敢吃的感觉。这么热点的话题，复试的时候被老师问到怎么办?不怕不怕，跨考教育英语教研室姚洋老师带你解决它!

写作思路：

1、近年来发生了一系列食品安全问题，食品当中的各种添加剂不知道什么时候就会超标，危害人们的健康。而且人们也越来越聪明，由于科技的进步，好多不可食用的东西当中也能提炼出各种食物添加剂。更有甚者，有些不法小贩，为了取得暴利，把其他东西添加到食物当中，以增重，或为了外表好看。这些东西食用后，日积月累会严重危害人类健康。

2、科技进步确实给人类的饮食带来了多样化的选择，丰富了人们的选择种类。给人们带来各种美食盛宴。科技进步给人们的饮食带来了各种方便。人们可以买到好多现成的东西可吃，比如说各种速冻食品，节省了时间。

3、提出建议。政府食品安全监管部门要严格把控食品质量问题，在这个问题上绝不能有徇私枉法现象出现。建立健全的市场监管机制，加强消费者对市场的监督管理。明确食品添加剂用量规定，一切监控要专要严。
